Review : Music Events Wales : Promoter
Music Events Wales (or MEW if you prefer) began at the start of 2008. Although fairly new there has been some great events already, lots confirmed up, and much more to come! Mainly focusing on pop punk, rock & metal with a bit of indie thrown in for good measure, there really aren't any constraints on the type of genre that gets booked. The main criteria is that they are quality worthwhile acts that people want to see!Most events take place at Clwb Ifor Bach (simply due to it being the best venue in South Wales) however the venue can vary depending on capacity requirements etc.
Artists worked with so far include The Rocket Summer, The Secret Handshake, Between The Trees, I Was A Cub Scout, Rolo Tomassi, Lovvers, and Boy Kill Boy. Up and coming events include Future of the Left, Reuben, Parkway Drive, Today Is The Day and Cartel.
