Hélélé (6-piece Afrobeat band) @ Arts Institute, Cardiff : 31.07.10

BIG WEEKEND Afrobeat Special at CARDIFF ARTS INSTITUTE

Hélélé are a six piece afrobeat/funk phenomenon, with sax, percussion, drums, guitar, bass, and balafon, a kind of African glockenspiel hand made by lead singer Alphonse Daudet Touna. We at Juju Nations think these are one of the best afrobeat bands in the UK right now and we love that they are going to be funking with us at CAI. DJs support from Juju Nations & Ba-Ba-Boom! til 4am.
