Balderdash | Wed 25th Jan | 8pm | £3

Balderdash presents Joanna Gruesome. A Cardiff 5 piece, who will have recently come off of a tour with the Black Tambourines, compared to the likes of Yuck, Pains of being pure at heart, and sometimes has the feel of a jangly guitar equivalent to Damon and Naomi. Definitely a band to look out for!

They will be joined by Cardiff indie folk group Little Arrow. Once a member of Frederick Stanley Star, main man William Hughes has finally released a debut album with this new venture.

Also on the bill, one half of Right Hand Left Hand, Rhodri Viney welcomes us to the mesmeric melodic soundscape world of Ratatosk.

Acoustic folk act My Name Is Ian will open the show, who’s inspirations from Herman Dune and Daniel Johnson come shining through.
