Yes, this year’s Battle of the Bands competition was won by Tidal, a brutal metal metal band with giant balls. A hint of Black Sabbath, a drop of Pantera, but with the classic southern influence of Lynyrd Skynyrd. Tidal whip up one strong metal cocktail where the only ingredients are big riffs and angry vocals. Completing an eclectic bill of music this year, expect the kind of powerful performance that saw them claim victory at Battle of the Bands this year. Oh, and did i mention they have giant balls?”
